Robert Rothschild Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish with Cream Cheese

  • 1 Jar Robert Rothschild Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish
  • 1 (One) 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese

    (To use the whole jar, Double the amount of Cream Cheese)

    Take the Cream Cheese out of the refridgerator and let get almost to room temperature. In a large Mixing Bowl, place One Half (1/2) jar of Robert Rothschild's Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish. Cut the Cream Cheese into inch squares and add to the mixing bowl. Mix the two together until the dip is well incorporated with the cream cheese.

    We make this recipe in a Kitchen Aid Mixer using the Paddle attachement. We do recommend that a hand mixer or Kitchen Aid Mixer to be used. Doing this by hand will take a long time to achieve the smoothness of the dip.
